Dear Canda, thank you for your reply but i applied at 15 jun 2011 and they asked me new application along with back ground form and addtional family infromation.i just need to understand the reson behined this issue and even the form requested is deffernt from person to person hany

Dear Qorex, i reicved my medical along with PC ,RPRF and they request three form (new application form ,addtional familyinfromation,background form) my question is why they request those form ?since they do not ask every one about them? thanks hany
