You need to wait email from CEM requesting for Medical exam...I guess, hindi ka i assist sa clinic kung wala yong request na hawak mo from CEM.

Hi Zab_Mama, kadalasan pag nag undergo ng operation hihingi talaga sila ng medical certificate, abstract clinic, and prognosis..just make sure you have them on hand during medical para d na pabalik balik...

I think this is what is called Fairness Letter - meaning you need to explain further before decision is made. The decision must either they will reconsider your application or visa rejection (hopefully not). Suggest to hire an expert lawyer to help you on this. God Bless!
