AFAIK your application is being processed at Ottawa. It usually takes 2 months for PPR after BG check in progress. So do not get confused and wait with patience. My application is with New Delhi (AOR 8 June) and I even not get RPRF request too.

No, it does not make any difference. But, You are lucky that your application is processed at Ottawa because applications processed at New Delhi have not got any update for May & June AORs.

Your observation seems logically right, because NDVO can process the applications once they receive from CIO. So it must be processed as per the date received at NDVO.

About 40% AORs in FEB are waiting for PPR. Few March AOR turned in to progress and very few of them have received PPR. You will receive your PPR in due course. Have Patience !!!!!
