I can see counterfoil number for copr but it says cancelled under it. Does anyone know the reason. On gcms notes

Hey guys, my AOR is May 2020 I just received gcms notes. It says special program designated to PRBIO. Does anyone know what this means? Also my gcms show counterfoil number under COPR but status is cancelled. I am worried even though on page 3 it says Approved.

What is PRBIO? my gcms notes say this.

I am so depressed. If covid continues and they keep using the same excuse.

Since 9 months people are suggesting them new alternates to issue us coprs. I hope next year they do something about it.

I have not seen many people getting copr in december (inland). Does someone know if they are working on the backlogs or what do they seem to do next year. I dont know how long to wait. I know there are many people waiting for even longer than me (which is 7 months), I dont understand the reason...
