I asked because I have called before and the person did not provide information. I will try again. I did pay for the RPRF upfront on Nov.18, after that the only change was that my application is in process since Feb 13. I am waiting anxiously for the PPR email. Tks

Good Morning!! Regarding my question last night about passport expiration date.......I have called CIC and was told that there is no rule for the expiration date. It does not matter when the passport will expire, however it has to be valid at the moment I land. So, I am good! Will renew it...

My Application is "In process".....I dont know how long it will take to receive PPR, and I am not sure if they will accept my passport expiring in October. I guess the best thing to do is renew it to avoid delays and/or problems.

Thanks guys!! I guess I will have to renew my passport, since it will expire in October 2015. :-[
