Hi all, I am applying for parental sponsorship for 2017. I am just looking at the forms and should the Financial evaluation form be updated to reflect 2015,2014 and 2013 for sponsorship in 2017? It still has 2014,2013 and 2012 on there.

Thanks, I had a read through the instructions again and you only have to get forms notarized if they have been translated to English. It all gets so confusing, sometimes you just need to take a step back from it all and review it again after taking a break.

Hi Do you have to get the passport photocopies notarized that you send in with the application or is it just the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate that get notarized?

I don't have a husband unfortunately. I had planned to have a child by myself but it looks like that will have to be put on hold. I was just looking at the wait times and someone said it could be up to 5 years for approval! crazy amount of time to wait.

Did they ever recheck your financial situation during the 5 years you have waited?
