I paid my additional fees upfront as well, I think you should receive Medical clearance in 2nd week of July.

Got my Medical clearance today! AOR= 7 May 2020 Medical and biometrics letter= 29 June 2020

It is good that you have all your official documents in Toronto, They will ask you for additional documents if they are not satisfied. But move to Toronto if possible for you with the current job.
