Y Yes, Eligibility, criminality were already passed as at August when I ordered GCMS noted. Security was passed in September when I sent a webform. I was just hoping for extension of medicals because we are a big family.

I got ghost update too. It now reads "November 13, 2020 you passed the medical exam". Nothing else changed. I guess that's an extension. AOR December 2019

The form is required for all PNP. Personally, I think I remember filling that form in my application. So if it hasn't been requested in your mail or your GCMS notes, I don't think you need to.

I saw that it was going to be requested when I got my GCMS notes in August and so I sent it in, in advance. It was acknowledged but no news since then. Officer notes said to request for Schedule 4, PPT and photos, RFV checks and FINDEC...that was in May

So does that mean all these 2019 applicants were made to redo their medicals before they got approved?

According to myimmitracker.com they last issued PPR in November 2019 and to applicants with April 2019 AOR

Hello @legalfalcon , my AOR is Dec 03, 2019. I ordered GCMS notes. Eligibility and Criminality is passed. In Notes 1, officer said to request signed schedule 4 form. Is it okay if I send this in before it is requested? The review was in May and I didn't get no request.
