I guess it is time for federal government to push QC authorities processing our PR applications faster. This situation comparing to other provinces is ridiculous.

Same here. We are in the same boat. Still waiting for DM side for PA after almost 2 months since APR. QC applicants have the longest processing procedure so far :(

Such a win for ON comparing their applications finalizing processing time vs. province population and obviously number of applicants. QC is failing in every corner except family benefits and welfare. If you don't have a child, stay away from QC if you want your life to move faster.

Any Montreal/QC applicant have received any update? They are really slow comparing to everywhere else across the country.

Sometime when your application is under new update the IRCC database may show strange messages and information. I would say check sometime later.
