    I dont think so, as it is their mistake. However, you may have to pay for URGENT/COURIER delivery. Its better be safe than sorry, wont cost more than 100 - 200 Dollars.

    Should not be an issue, if you are apply for "hot" professions just use those spellings in "Alias or Other name used" and also explain it in your cover letter its a typo on part of WES. btw i dont think that someone, will even notic this thing as "Mohammad" is pretty common name and mind skips...

    NO, only in the NOC you apply. It does not matter, if its current experience or 1 - 2 years old. Most imp is to comfortably cross the threshold as they sometimes manage to deduct points from here or there. You may consider, IELTS for your spouse if you are short of score.
