Mam, In this concern I sugget you to send a mail directly to MPNP, to be very honest, as its the most important step..they are best to help you in this..best of luck for your brother :)

As i know assessment complete means, all is fine now.. Now you need to wait for the LOA..It basically takes 3 weeks...god will listen our prayers..hope for the best

Yes you can change the job, u need to provide release letter, payslip of previus company, offer letter of new company..

If your job is collage instructor and mpnp won't allow you to submit the file as per no demand, then you can' t do anything in this matter. However if your job role is different than the collage instructor, in that case you can search for the NOC code of your job in google and try to apply the...

Yes you are right, as per mpnp rule..if your work experience is 4 years 11 months, then you have to select 4 years in your eoi application, if you have selected 5 years, I suggest you to change it, as you can update your eoi any time..i believe you only got the confirmation email till today..am...
