    Don't get worried. May be it's taking time for your documents to update try calling 1-888-242-2100 and press 112111 then your application number. Sometimes the cic agents don't know what they are doing

    Do you have the document?? You can try sending them webform and did you told your representative that cic people are saying that they didn't receive it?? Because mine updated same day when representative submit it

    I got additional documents request on march 2 and My representative upload it in my cic on march 14 and when I called cic same day and their. Automatic system told me that additional documents are received

    I book an appointment for upfront medical. I called the clinic the lady asked me my pr category i told her pnp pr. she told me to bring pnp number.. what is that
