Alright, I too read a bit about that on the forum. The due date can be changed by CIC and seems to be some internal indicator for them, I guess.

Haha, I doubt that would happen. But, maybe the final verifying officer does that for all cases on that day....miracles do happen! I used to control my anxiety once the CIC working time for the day got over, but seeing this case, I believe the email can come anytime irrespective of officers...

Yes, I have observed that since a long time. Could mean 2 things: 1) Immigrant with family accompanying is seen as a serious applicant planning to actually be residing permanently. 2) In reality, most of the applicants do plan to immigrate with family so their numbers are more on immitracker...
