I have claimed points for her education credentials. But, I have positive LMIA as well. Even, if CIC deduct her education credentials points, I have enough points to cross CRS draw. My AOR is for FEB-2016.

Credentials = Master Canadian equivalency = Bachelor's is that means that WES evaluate it as "Bachelor's" right ?

THat was surprising to me as well. I will cross three months mark from my AOR date in may 4th. DO you have any idea about timeline of rejection ? how much time CIC takes to reject the file ?

Hi Guys, Do you know any case where reason of rejection was because of missing LMIA document ? Though, LMIA file number was submitted in EE profile.
