    I applied on 7th of AUG. They got the application on 8th of AUG. I received the confirmation on 11th. Now, I am confused with starting the starting date of processing time. should I count from 8th or 11th.

    Yes, but before it uses to take 2-3 months for them to pass medicals. Now, July 2017 Aor guys medical got passed within one month. I think they PNP - Inland is speeding up.
