Actually after re-reading it, the question is for the sponsor : "Relationship TO principal applicant" so the answer is Spouse living in Canada if your sponsor lives in Canada.

They left nothing the first time. And when calling back the number it would not even answer. When we googled the number it showed "CPC - Mississauga" page in French language but the phone number was not on the page, just a nb starting similarly for the FAX number. I think they called me too...
