How old is the minor ? less then 14 ? in that case there will be no updates on file and when time for oath comes you will receive oath letter for you and the minor individually, at that time the minor's update will show letter sent for oath but still show in process till finally the oath is...

I think it will all boil down to the reason he provided for missing the 1st oath ceremony as I presume they won't take the lightning struck twice argument so lightly. But anyways most likely it will delay his case, but if won't affect his case as long as he has actually not made any...

There is no evidence that requesting Atip will slow down your application process, most of the applicants request for computer records not physical files and its just a print out of the computer records that that cic has in its database, the request gets processed during the same day but is made...

So you will withdraw your application and reapply after getting a job and working in that job for 4 years ???

csis information is always withheld in the atip in all cases so relax, its not covered under the privacy act and so cic has to with hold the information, there is no reason for you to worry about it.

Re: Application Granted but Oath Cancelled ( Scarborough ) I presume the Oath was scheduled and then maybe the Oath ceremony was cancelled or number of Oath takers were brought down for the ceremony so most probably will be rescheduled.

Have you received your ATIP ? not sure where this kind of information comes to you from instead of relying on such random information why not rely on facts and common sense !
