Anyone contacted the embassy via the web form after the 12-month period was up? If so, what did they say? It's been over 13 months for our application, so I'm thinking it's time to follow up.

Have either of you created an online account and linked the application to it? It should say when you passed your medical exam. You can also try logging into online services to check your application status. But to answer your question, it's not normal, but unfortunately it's how it's been...

I think you only pass/fail the medical. Ours doesn't say passed for biometrics either. Nothing to worry about.
