It looks that it is that way, because optional documents submitted before in pervious applications for study or work permits do not show too after submission. So I do not think that there is anything to worry about. I tried to refresh as mentioned above, but it never worked.

Inquire about it, send an inquiry, and upload your acceptance letter probably a new IMM form for a study permit. That will be way easier for you.

May I ask for the reason for the withdrawal? I honestly have no idea how long does this take, I have never done it before, but I believe if it is fixable and minor, you can fix it through the same web form

I do not know, but you might get an email in five days to inform you about what will be done. Currently, it will take longer of course.

When you claim points for a sibling, they ask three things for sibling proof of relationship, proof of residency in Canada, and proof of citizenship or PR. Family member however is the one included in your application (Close and direct family wife, husband, children) as defined by IRCC
