I don't think that's right approach. I believe CIC should have pretty good idea on our issues. It will be better each of us submit LOE with available documents.

Yes. that's right. In my case I do not even have the WP extension offer letter. I only have the offer of employment number which was submitted for extension. I am going to put forward all available documents with LOE as I have not done anything wrong and ready to accept the VO decision.

I am in a similar situation too. When the employer is not supporting this process we try to explain with the other available documents. Will it be considered as misrepresentation? I believe it's not. We can clearly state all the details in a LOE and let the officer make the decision. Seniors...

Exactly Neorol. It doesn't cost them anything but they refuse to support for PR. I will do everything in my capacity to get the document. If nothing works then I will submit LOE stating the same reason with a proof that my employer refused to provide any document.I have the supporting documents...

My employer will not provide any specific document for PR processing. I can get only an employment letter from them (full time, permanent, start date, salary, 40 hours and address). I see below are lacking in this letter and is there any other alternate way to support my case? NOC code...

In my case too I don't think my employer will give such a letter. I thought we can try to explain with the current work permit and the initial offer which is full time without any mention of 1 year after PR. Not sure how much it will work but I do not have any option without employers support.

I think you should provide all the travels in the past 10 years you made outside india which includes Canada. There is no problem in providing additional information but anything less may cause issue. You may wait to consider other experts advice too.
