Ok. In that case how long will our TRV be valid? If OWP will be granted in Canada, then i guess we have to carry all the documents of our spouse in canada again.

Only SOWP would suffice. It itself is an work permit and your open to work to any employer.

Leave it Blank. Only select "OPEN WORK PERMIT".

Thanks Ramya. 1. How much savings have u and ur husband showed individually . 2. Did u apply online or offline. 3. When did ur husband leave to CANADA and after how long after he left have u applied. ( Because my wife left on Aug 31 and some are recommending me to wait for at least 6 months...

I was recommended to wait for 3 months / for one semester before applying for OWP based on wife study permit .

From with in canada means. U have been to canda in Visint visa and then applied for SOWP from their right. Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.
