I agree with both sumitd and pinder123. Its not complicated at all. By the way you have described your case, it looks like you have all the documentation to support u...so u shouldn't worry and ask ur wife to apply.... Make sure you provide with as much supporting documents as u can to prove...

On hpatel4700 advice, new column has been added to the spreadsheet called 'Ecas In Process' . This will be the date when your ecas status changed from Application Received to In Process.... Please advice when this happens......:)

It took 2 days to see my details on Ecas. CIC doesn't update Ecas right away...Give it couple of days to reflect... All 2012 applicant, please update your status on this thread... This will keep us motivated.. Good luck everyone !!!!

I forgot to mention, I did get an AOR from CIC-M on June 20, 2012 with my file number... Can someone update this on March 2012 Applicants file... Thanks

I believe CIC-M updates that Medical Received info as we send the medicals along with our application. At this point New delhi doesn't even have our file yet. Hopefully it will be transferred soon

All the march applicants who are expecting their sponsorship approval, you can call the call center at 1-888-242-2100 to find out the status of your application. Call center agents are very helpful. just give them your client id number and they can check if your file is approved or still in...

My application was received by CIC-M on March 01, 2012. I got sponsorship approval on June 25, 2012 by mail. Ecas updated to "Medical Received". Waiting for passport request from New Delhi.
