Dude, sending PCC is required but not mandatory with the initial application. Your application will not be refused by CIO Sydney based on this. When ever it will be forwarded to LVO, they will ask you to provide PCC. Bottom line if you don't have time to get PCC, as UAE PCC takes2-4 days...

Congratulations. I was one step ahead by doing Medicals without getting the forms. ;) The only catch is you need to know your UCI for all of the family members, I knew it from my GCMS. With today's online system you don't need forms, if you have your UCI no. ATB.
