What did you guys use in 2016 for Identity Document with no expiry date ? my form cannot validate without it :(

Guys, I applied for my brother a visitor VISA from Lebanon on Nov 09th. Until Dec 03, 11:21:34 PM EST :) no update under CIC Account. They did not even say they received his bio-metrics (did them the 10th) . Should I be worried ? :'(

I have applied online. VAC is Lebanon. I can see my updates under my account but every time I check VAC, it says information not found. What number should I use ? What's my tracking ID number ? I gave my bio-metrics 10 days ago but no updates under My Account that says received.
