I did my flagpole with COPR on March 17th, at Niagara Falls on rainbow bridge. I am still waiting for my PR. Status is still “Submitted” in the account. I called customer service once, and they said there is nothing wrong with my profile, it’s just taking longer than usual.

Hi Did you receive passport request yet? If you did how long it took. My profile is at same stage as yours right now. I submitted my documents on Oct 24th and passed medical on Nov 24th. Now my background check and eligibility requirement status is in review

I am at “Dip” since 3 weeks.
