Hi. I just want to asked when did you land as a permanent resident and when did you get the email that your photo didn't meet the standard? I mean the timeline between the day you land and the day you get the email.

Please could you explain how long it takes to process the pr card from the day if landing. I also landed 21st May 2019. Link my pr card application and it's shows pr card submitted 23rd May 2019.

No problem i understand you! What am saying is that at least they update their processing time from 45 days to 13 days. That is really big improvements from IRCC

Thank you so much for the fast response. I think my photos meet the standard as i submitted it with my passport before they issued me the COPR. I really hope they send it in that 2 weeks time as you mentioned. Am returning back to England on 20th June 2019. I will be in Canada 1 full month...

Good to hear how fast your application went through. Please do you have any idea how long it’s takes to get the first PR card after landing. I will be landing as permanent resident on 20th May 2019.

Just to let you know my passport is ready for pickup. Am picking it up from the VFS centre this evening. It’s took 2 weeks in total from on the 1st May to 15th May 2019. I wish you all the best

I actually went to their office to send the document. I was given receipt with tracking details. It’s 7 working days on Friday. I will give them a call on Monday.
