Well, my friend applied under CEC last September and got her app approved in November. She did warn me that it will become slower... I applied in April, and with these trends, I might have to wait till October. There goes my hope to maybe get it in the beginning of August... :'(

Congrats! Seems like they no longer process CEC applications in 3.5 months though... Let's buckle up for a long wait!
