That's unusual for them to ask for a specific photo. I sent a photo signing our marriage contract not knowing they look into it as a proof of marriage. if you don't have it, just send them a letter of explanation why you cant provide.

Oh no. They sent it back because im missing one document. But when im about to resubmit the same package, i caled cic to confirm and said to change the old ones i have and to use the noveber updates

Guides says you need to type your name electronically and sign it with ink beside your name. Im afraid they might send it back, ive read few threads that it happened.

CIC has returned my application, planning to resubmit this end of December. Agent advised me to use the new and updated November forms when resubmitting.
