I landed in Montreal on Oct 24th and I received my card on Oct 30th. They advised me it could take up to a month to arrive, so you could try calling them to ask about it if you are worried. Could you link your PR card to your GCKey? I did that and I could see when they sent it to me.

Ah ok then. Yeah our timelines would be very similar then. I got DM sep 5 on ECAS, then landing letter sep 16th and just waiting for landing interview. No idea why this part of the process seems to be taking so long when it should be the fastest part!
