Managed to call OINP. Was told my application is with senior officer in final stage of decision. Generally how long does it take for this phase.

I had sent my docs in a zip file containing pdfs. I dont know whether I did the right thing as there were lot of documents requested. Should i resend the attachments by attaching individual pdfs I am super worried :'(
