SGVO hasnt stamped any passport for BD submissions in last 7 days. At least thats what immitracker is showing.

Dont know if u already received feedback on ur query or not. To issue PR CIC need 1 yr validity of your passport. COPR is issued with one year single entry visa on your passport. So, u can not chnage the passport n still claim that visa to enter in CANADA. I think that is d procedure. So, unless...

Why dont u chk ecas? Do u have d application number? If u do then u can chk ecas without d help of ur lawyer. Same thing. Little less info but main decision or advice r listed there as well. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

What type of review the VO does after receiving the passports? Any idea?

Or you can also use webform to generate a query. Someyimes it helps to draw attention by raising webforms. Thats whst i heard from these forums. You can make a query abt status of ur medical as well. No harm in that i believe.

Was it upfront medical or they asked u for it? Anyway, since they havent asked for any nore docs so forget abt it. Just wait for copr. What else we can do?

I think SGVO is tied up with stident visa processing in this Aug. Lot of students are lining up in vfs for visa Processin. Hence d delay....i believe.

Not sure. Havent heard of it before. But since they didnt ask for any other docs so relax. Its now a waiting game for you n me and all thise in this similar situation.
