I believe father name on edu docs shud not impact but to be on safer side, get affidavit "one and same person" describing 2 different names of same person. Also, explain the situation in LOE. Nothing to worry. Best of luck

Nope buddy... they clearly mentioned its ITA target, NOT PR. They know rejection rate and average dependents per application, accordingly they have set ITA target to meet their immigration demands. But I would like myself to be wrong. We need PR btw :)

Masters generally takes 2 yrs...if that is d case they wud hv startd in 2016 but in 2017, even Bachelors was more than enough to get ITA...413 was lowest in 2017... so i disagree with masters theory.... n also WES takes 2 mnths time
