I'm sorry to be a bearer of bad news but your NOC was capped sometime in October as evident with a forum member's application being returned. Get on the EE pool as soon as you can.

There's no need for panic, I called CIC and the lady I spoke to assured me that they are still attending to December applications so I think the talk of the 25k cap reached isn't a fact. I was told to call back on the 12th of this month if I don't hear from them. Let's all be patient folks!

I'm December 31st applicant as well, NOC 2145. We should be charged within the next 9 days I think. A bit of patience.
