I have submitted my son Passport on April 30th for stamping and now the status updated as stamped and sent back to BLS . Mostly I will pickup the passport and OCI today or tomorrow.

I am sorry my dear friend. But in the passport they did not stamped anything when they are coming from USA. there is only one stamp which was stamped when they initially landed in Canada.

How many days it will take for that? I have 3 more days left. Last month they went to USA. I thought those days were reset to Zero. Yesterday when I checked the passport they did not stamped any new stamping for 6 more months. What is the procedure to apply for the extension of stay ?

My Parents they came in Nov 2014 and now 6 months completing on May 8th 2015. I have return tickets for May 11th is that fine or we need to inform canada border services ? their 6 month period is expiring soon but you still have a valid multi entry visa to come back to canada.

they just took the original passport and the acknowledge paper which came with Original documents.

Today Though of going to BLS in the evening . Morning when I checked the 3rd date is also populated. So I went in the morning and submitted my childs passport. they said it will take 5-8 business days for stamping:)

BLS is open on May 1st they only follow the Canadian holidat list. I will go tomorrow afternoon and check with them.

Today I filled the VISA application form. Will wait foir tomorrow evening if no date then will submit the VISA application on Friday Morning.

In that case I think it is better to apply for Visitor VISA for my Child right? As we have planned ticket for May 11th?

from today morning when I try to login into the website to check the status it is saying site is under maintenance.

Mine Dispatch date updated just one day after it was printed. 20th April it printed and 21 st april dispatched now I am waiting for the Document to be received status to Toronto office . Normally How many days it will take to reach Toronto office ?

I have got Acknowledgement from BLS toronto for my son and We have got our originals back on March 22nd. How much time it will take to get the OCI card to print? We have booked flight tickets for May11th. If we don't get the OCI can I still apply Visa for my Son and go? Please advice.
