I understood what you meant. I have informed by previous employers also regarding this.

I dont think that there is chance of Termination of files like 2008. FSWP was launched with the purpose of avoiding mistakes done before 2008. That's why they invited only fixed number of application, i.e. 25,000 Applicants, and had fixed quotas for each NOC. So the repeat of 2008 wont happen.

The last job I held before my current job was 2 years back and that job was no as per my NOC title. And as per my consultant they do verification for the jobs for which point is claimed (i.e. NOC related) and also the jobs held in the most recent experience.

In my Case Specific Reply From NDVO and GCMS notes, both are showing that Background Checks are in Process. The reason for Delay is BackGround Check taking more time than expected.
