Guys, I am confused now! The CIC site (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp) Says digital photos should be "50 mm x 70 mm" while on the eAPP it says "The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm." What is the correct information?
