If you have AEO then it is not required to have your NOC in Ministerial Instruction list. That is the glory of having AEO.

I cant do that now. The intention of work permit is to finish work and come back. Since I have already shown them my intention of staying there forever by applying under FSW2 and AEO, it is very hard to get a WP. thanks though

As far as security checks are concerned, I have already provided them PCC from my home country and fingerprints from RCMP. I never travelled to any other country other than Canada

Dear sir, It is not about fault, I am pre-june applicant is the fault. They never asked for any additional documents, no verification calls to my employers. IELTS 7.5 bands overall, Canadian Education, I have letter from Canadian employer that I was there as an Intern. Nothing is fraud.

I know this but, on AEO it is clearly mentioned that "Applicant need to apply before it gets expire". I applied 15 months before and now they put me on hold because of their damn reasons. They will ask me to reValidate it so by the time my PCC and IELTS would have expired. INSANE

I dont understand this. Why would they penalize applicant for their fault / delay? They can simple ask the employer.

reValidated means a new one? OMG it would take 6-7 months.
