Even NOC 2173 seems to be late for October

I am very much worried now, will be applying first/second week of September , curious to know from the experts for this particular NOC

Hello, This is with regard to ECA from WES I sent my transcripts to WES for evaluation back in May. They came back to me after 3 weeks to resend the transcripts without mentioning any reason and the status was changed to "Waiting for Required Documents" I again sent them the transcripts...

It is fine..because degrees are awarded one year after for some universities.
