Just call CIC and they will tell you. I got DM on May 20, the agent said file will be transferred to Ottawa for next step

That's what the agent said, never trust them because the actual period is always much shorter than what they said. I just don't understand why my file is not in Ottawa yet.

I just called CIC this afternoon. I asked the agent when I will be requested for passport, she looked into my file and said "everything looks fine but your file is still in Sydney, not transferred to Ottawa yet, the processing may take couple months! " :( :( O!M!G!
