in my case, when I got my medical request then in that MR request they requested almost 10 documents along with RPRF for further prepossessing of the case. These documents were: 1.medical result 2.PCC. 3.RPRF 4.Updated POF. 5.3 photos 6.Travel history documents and 3 forms updated.
