Hello Viz_bell and Humayun I personally feel you should approach your municipal ward from which your previous birth certificate was made..though a bit tidy process..you would be in a better position if the immigration asks you to justify the change in spelling

Hi Quebec 2012 Your degree should specify "Masters in......" and the name of the university..The word masters is important not the duration. Are you from India..?? Then I can send you a points allocation format as per Indian educational system recognized by Quebec Govt.
