Yeah, she is travelling to New Delhi again next week to try again. We are worried rotten but i guess we have no choice. Will be horrible if she can’t come visit just because her finger prints are faded. :(

She has taught under privileged kids all her life. She works a lot with books (loves books). And i read somewhere that might do it. But again, I am not sure. Will ask her to go see a dermatologist anyway and see if this is a medical condition. So bummed out.

Were you able to resolve this issue? My mother who applied for visa from india just got asked to resubmit her biometrics. The problem is biometrics in India can only be done at specific VFS centers.

Hi, will you tell me what finally happened with your application. My mother's biometric (finger prints) have been unable to be recorded properly as well.
