Hi everyone, I keep refreshing the website and finally get into the system. I am wondering if anyone understand the photo requirement for uploading. Do we just scan the standard photo and upload it as a Jpeg./Pdf. file? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i don't think so, The staff just mentioned that she would forward my email to the technic team. The call we make to does not deal with technical problem.

Thank you for bringing it up. I made a call and the first few time did not get me through a person but if you keep trying someone will pick up you rather than the machine. The problem i am suffering now is there is no way to log in my one-key account. The staff did not answer technical questions.

I registered the one key account and have received the email confirming that. If you did not receive an email from One Key, maybe you enter a wrong email address?

Thank you again for your prompt reply. So that means i will receive the enrollment no. and PIN after a while (maybe longer) because i have registered for one-key account which has included my email address? Thank you for your patience answering my inquires!
