you have to. it might delay the processing a bit but its always best to be honest....good luck.

same case here, mine was also transferred sept 8. did you sent them an email to check your application status? i want to send them an email but it says that i have to wait for 90 days before i can do that....

we have similar timelines....ang mine was also transferred to detroit...from the looks of it, it would take longer at deroit coz theres already movement at buffalo and los angeles.... :(

i envy those guys who have already received their ppr.... :( i sent my application oct 2010 had my medicals april 2011 file transferred to detroit - 8 sept 2011 E Cas updated(medical received): sept 2011 wish they will send my ppr soon......

you are very lucky....your papers were processed in a very short time. when was your file transferred to detroit? actually theres will be an option in the letter tha you could send it at windsor which wont take long to have it stamped and mailed back to you. and you shold just wait for the ppr...
