So its been a month now that I sent my FBI fingerprints with payment and form to the address in W.Virginia, I also put a tracker on it and it arrived within 3 days... However my question is, do they let you know they received it ? or do you wonder until you receive it in the mail ??? Paranoid...

Wow ! I had a quick question and thank God I found this thread but CIC recently asked for me to submit FBI Certs. to the VO my paperwork is being processed, and as soon as I received the email I did them the very next day but my question is ... are they really taking 3-4 months to get them back...
