I just received the package from CRA. The Option C looks totally different than the regular NOA More interestingly, the T4 Original from CRA are also different from the ones issued by employers. It clearly states T4-Originals So I guess CIC has a reason why they specifically ask for these docs

They just told me the NOA is Option C. They only send out one version of NOA now, and it is Option C.
