Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I do not have one. I applied for Entry Level Semi Skilled workers, and only this one that doesn't have Express Entry. :(

I do not know anyone has been denied after 16 months or at the federal level. it's just i am not an optimist, sometime over negative, and always find myself a back up plan.
