I got mine after in july2017 iam nov2016 applicant still waiting for ppr. Getting early MR does not mean that you Will recieve PPR early. I dont know how these people work.

Call 1-888-242-2100 this no. Press 1-1-2-1 then enter your file# and your year of birth and it will take you to automated telephone system.

Call the IRCC call Centre (1-888-242-2100) on Monday right after 8:00am EST. Press 3-4-1-0 and wait if they are not able to connect you, hang up try again and sometimes they put you thru in your first attempt while sometimes it takes few attempts. dont waste your time on automated call system...

Ni 25nov 2016 still waiting for ppr and it is really frustrating. I am sick and tired of it. The only damn thing cic agent tell you is everything is good but you have to wait you are still in processing time.

You never know how these people work some people got their ppr within in a year. It totally depends upon the officer working on the file.
