    It would definitely come quicker within Canada, though. Husband's COPR is being mailed to NYS. Not far geographically from Ottawa, but still over the border.

    Oh jees. That'd be a lot to take in :( I'm sorry about your mom. Take your time to grieve, if you don't have a chance during the landing phase make sure you take the time in the near future. Congrats on COPR
