U keep saying they are taking 4 years.. but you never give a reason on why you think so. Longest application was 19-22 months. So if yours is taking 4 years there is obviously something wrong or your not telling.

"We started processing" is aor2. And they have opened your file. Congrats! Even if u get a email u go by the date which was updated on ecas since that gets updated by the visa officer right away when there is a update on your file. No need to worry

Takes 5 months after "application recived on ecas". So he should get ppr by December

Once they issue ppr u will get it inshallah. And average is 3 months after aor2 if u look at the trackers. So add a extra 2 months. They r human as well they know that we need to be with r spouses so they will try to expidate

Thats cuz covid came in March. She would have been with u already! Things are normalizing and they recognize the back log. Meaning after aor2 I would expect 3-5 months

In general they usually only communicate either with ecas or email. But obviously "we started processing" means they started working on your application on that date. No big deal if you got a email.

Your wrong. Dont just say information if u dont have backup especially since they have a vaccine being developed. And they r starting july 1st

U do realize that takes like 2-3 months max. Not long haul at all. Especially since they will process faster since they have a deadline to meet.

You have been waiting for it since Jan 13. And your almost done. Only 2 more steps eligiblity and they will do final background check.. which doesn't take that long. I have seen ppl get ppr after 2 month of aor2. You are 80-85% complete to be honest. Just pray this coronavirus goes fast

They send the file to LVO electronically. And it has arrived there. However until a visa officer opens up your application it will say in transit. Next step is AOR2 your ecas will update to "we started processing". And 4-5 months later you will get ppr inshallah. Same boat as me. LVO is going...
